A eficácia terapêutica da fisioterapia no linfedema pós cirurgia de cancro da mama: uma revisão bibliográfica

Projeto de Graduação apresentado à Universidade Fernando Pessoa como parte dos requisitos para obtenção do grau de Licenciada em FisioterapiaIntrodução: Alguma controvérsia existe no que respeita à validação das diversas técnicas utilizadas no tratamento de doentes com cancro da mama submetidos a cirurgia. Objetivo: Analisar o efeito das diversas técnicas terapêuticas utilizadas em Fisioterapia no Linfedema do membro superior, decorrente da cirurgia mamária por carcinoma. Metodologia: A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados Pubmed e PEDro, datadas entre 2006 e 2016, sendo os artigos classificados metodologicamente através da escala de PEDro. Resultados: Foram selecionados 520 potenciais artigos, dos quais 12 foram elegíveis para revisão com uma qualidade metodológica de 5,8 na Escala de PEDro. Foi extraído de cada publicação o desenho do estudo, objetivo, participantes, avaliações, medições, intervenção e resultados. Conclusão: Não há consenso relativamente aos resultados das diferentes técnicas no tratamento do linfedema. Entre as várias técnicas foram analisadas a drenagem linfática manual (DLM), a pressoterapia, as ligaduras multicamadas (LMC), a manga elástica e o exercício.Background: Some controversy exists regarding the validation of various techniques used in treating patients with breast cancer undergoing surgery. Objectives: To analyze the effect of different therapeutic techniques used in physical therapy in the upper limb lymphedema, resulting from breast surgery for cancer. Methodology: The survey was conducted in Pubmed and PEDro databases, dated between 2006 and 2016, and the articles classified methodologically through the PEDro scale. Results: We selected 520 potential articles, 12 of which were eligible for review with a methodological quality of 5.8 on the PEDro scale. It was extracted from each publication the study design, purpose, participants, evaluation, measurement, intervention and results. Conclusion: There is no consensus on the results of techniques in the treatment of lymphedema. A língua, veículo privilegiado de conhecimentos e de ideias, desempenha um papel insubstituível na educação e na formação. E se isto é verdade para todos os países, é-o sobretudo para aqueles que apenas são vistos em função do seu desenvolvimento económico (ou da falta dele), como acontece nos Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa, mas também num outro que com eles partilha o espaço da CPLP, Timor Leste. Nesta comunicação pretende- -se abordar o papel da língua portuguesa na política educativa de Timor Leste. Parenting programme structure, potential barriers, and facilitators: a scoping review

Becoming a parent is a challenging transition, and stress factors may arise. This scoping review aims to map, from the literature, the structure, potential barriers, and facilitators to be considered when conducting a parenting programme for parents of children up to 3 years old. It followed the JBI methodology and included studies with parents of children up to 3 years old (Participants), studies about parenting programme structure, its potential barriers, and facilitators (Concept) in the healthcare or community setting (Context). Qualitative and/or quantitative study designs and grey literature publications between 2016 and 2021 were eligible. The search was performed in three stages in CINAHL Plus with Full Text, MEDLINE with Full Text, and PubMed databases. It was also conducted in OpenGrey, ProQuest, Portuguese Open Access Scientific Repository, and Google Scholar. Fourteen articles were selected. The following aspects were identified regarding parenting programmes: benefits; structuring elements to be considered; facilitating factors and possible barriers to its development, and measurement instruments to assess the programme. Parenting programmes are important ways to contribute to a healthy, sustainable, and resilient society. It should be adapted to individuals, groups, and communities. Gravidez e depressão pós-parto (DPP): uma revisão não sistemática sobre o estado da arte do conhecimento da DPP

Objective: Pregnancy and motherhood, while rewarding, can be challenging and transformative. The gestational and postpartum periods may cause various changes, making women susceptible to mental disorders like Postpartum Depression (PPD). This review aimed to present the current state of knowledge on pregnancy and PPD, with a focus on PPD prevention in pregnant women aged 20-40, as well as PPD prevalence worldwide and in Portugal. Methods: A non-systematic search of the literature was conducted using four databases: B-on, Scielo, RCAAP, and Google Scholar. One hundred articles published from 2002-2022 were selected for analysis. Results: Articles were classified into nine topics: Cognitive-Behavioral Theory Approach; Risk and Protection Factors; Diagnosis; Breastfeeding; Multidisciplinary Teams; Demystification of Pregnancy; PPD's Impact on Mother-Infant Relationship; Covid-19 Influence; and Environmental Sustainability. The analysis revealed that prevention research is limited, with existing studies focusing on intervention and treatment and emphasizing nursing health professionals. Conclusions: The current literature overlooks the potential benefits of multidisciplinary teams for better prevention and support for at-risk pregnant women. More research is needed to improve PPD prevention strategies. Methods: A systematic search of the existing literature was performed using four digital databases: B-on, Scielo, RCAAP and Google Scholar. Results: One hundred articles published from 2002 to 2022 were selected for analysis. Conclusions: It was possible to verify that prevention is scarce. Existent studies focus more on the intervention and treatment of the pathology, giving more attention to nursing health professionals rather than multidisciplinary teams, which could contribute to better prevention of the condition and act appropriately for non-worsening of symptomatology in pregnant women at risk.Objetivo: A gravidez e a maternidade, embora recompensadoras, podem ser desafiadoras e transformadoras. Os períodos gestacional e pós-parto podem causar várias mudanças, tornando as mulheres suscetíveis a transtornos mentais, como a Depressão Pós-Parto (DPP). Esta revisão teve como objetivo apresentar o estado atual do conhecimento sobre a gravidez e a DPP, com foco na prevenção da DPP em mulheres grávidas com idades entre 20 e 40 anos, bem como na sua prevalência em todo o mundo e em Portugal. Métodos: Foi realizada uma pesquisa não sistemática da literatura utilizando quatro bases de dados: B-on, Scielo, RCAAP e Google Académico. Foram selecionados para análise 100 artigos publicados entre 2002 e 2022. Resultados: Os artigos foram classificados em nove tópicos: Abordagem da Teoria Cognitivo-Comportamental; Fatores de Risco e Proteção; Diagnóstico; Amamentação; Equipes Multidisciplinares; Desmistificação da Gravidez; Impacto da DPP na relação mãe-bebé; Influência da Covid-19; e Sustentabilidade Ambiental. A análise revelou que a pesquisa sobre prevenção é limitada, com estudos existentes focando em intervenção e tratamento, e ênfase nos profissionais de saúde da enfermagem. Conclusões: A literatura atual subestima os possíveis benefícios das equipes multidisciplinares para uma melhor prevenção e apoio às mulheres grávidas em risco. São necessárias mais pesquisas para melhorar as estratégias de prevenção da DPP

intersection configurations and intervention in language acquisition

UIDB/03213/2020 UIDP/03213/2020Intervention effects have been explored in the domain of language acquisition, suggesting that feature similarity between a moved element and an intervening constituent determines the occurrence of processing difficulties. A graded differentiation scale hierarchizing the different possible relations between feature setsdefining the moved and the intervening constituents was suggested: disjunction>intersection>inclusion>identity (Belletti, Friedmann, Brunato & Rizzi 2012; Durrleman & Bentea 2021). It is a well-known fact that young children, unlike adults, have difficulties dealing with inclusion relations. In this article, we compare the comprehension of standard clefts and pseudoclefts by French monolingual children and argue that object pseudoclefts in French give rise to an intersection configuration, which we claim to be at the origin of milder difficulties for children. A proposta deste artigo é analisar as atuais políticas de segurança e defesa cibernética no âmbito dos três países sul-americanos com maior densidade de internautas – Argentina, Brasil e Colômbia, situando essas políticas no contexto de dois fóruns regionais: Organização dos Estados Americanos (OEA) e a União de Nações Sul-Americanas (UNASUL), e a possível existência de interlocução entre elas ou se está em configuração uma nova geopolítica do espaço cibernético na região que influencia na conformação de poder regional.The purpose of this article is to analyze the current cyber security and defense policies in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia, that have the higher density of internauts, placing these policies in the context of two regional forums: the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR), and the possible existence of an interdependence among them or if a new cyberspace geopolitics is being framed in the region, that influences the organization of regional power
